Out of school hours care (OSHC)
Our out of school hours care (OSHC) service is operated by our school’s governing council. It’s available for children aged 4 to 13 before or after school, on pupil free days and during school holidays. Our service follows the National Quality Framework (NQF) standard and is responsive to each child’s needs.
At OSHC, children interact with friends, learn life skills, solve problems and try new things. They do activities like:
- arts, crafts and cooking
- outdoor games and gardening
- excursions (for vacation care).

How to book
All bookings must be made via the Spike booking App.
Fees for late bookings and cancellations apply.
Fees and operating times
Before school care
7am to 8:45am
$15 a session for permanent bookings
$20 a session for casual bookings
After school care
3pm to 6pm
$20 a session for permanent bookings
$25 a session for casual bookings
Pupil free days
7am to 6pm
$60 a session
Vacation care
7:30am to 6pm
$60 a session
Bookings and cancellations
Children who do not have a booking will not be able to attend OSHC.
Permanent bookings repeat each week for the term. Places are limited and permanent spots cannot be guaranteed.
Casual bookings can only be made 24 hours before the service starts. Places are limited.
Emergency bookings are for last-minute situations, such as illness or family emergencies. They incur an emergency rate. These include bookings for before school care made after 5pm the day before, and bookings for after school care made after 1pm on the same day. We reserve a small number of spots for genuine emergency bookings.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the booking start time. You will need to pay the full fee for any cancellations outside this time, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
